Group Sessions

I offer both group and individual coaching!  Individual coaching allows us to dig deep into personally specific areas that you need addressing.  However, group sessions can also provide a synergistic learning environment where individuals learn more about themselves through the experiences of others.  Group sessions typically involve 6-12 clients and can be very goal focused (ie. weight loss, autoimmune, etc.) or more broad based in overall health and wellness topics. My mission is to increase wellness and improve health by coaching people through goal setting and the stages of behavior change. Through the group option, it becomes very convenient for people to participate in a process that encourages healthy lifestyle changes with the support and accountability of others.
