Balsamic Thyme Vinaigrette Paleo

This is one of my favorite salad dressings to make.  It’s rich and full of flavor without added junk you get from store bought dressings!  This dressing is sweet, but savory, perfect for hearty greens or a fruity, summer salad!

Ingredients

1/2 cup (light tasting) olive or avocado oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp dried parsley

1 Tbsp fresh thyme

1 Tbsp minced garlic

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high until everything is well blended!  Dressing should keep well in refrigerator for 7 – 10 days.

This dressing can be made with a variety of different herbs, depending on your mood and palate of the moment.  But take a look at THIS chart to see just how awesome thyme is for your health!
